Winston Bolen (also known online as VegetaPrime or -VP-) is one of a few fan artists that have went on to work on official "Transfomers" products. He is a penciler, inker, and colorist.
Active in the online fandom since 1998, his first professional work appeared in 2006 when he illustrated and colored the art for RID Optimus Prime's profile in Fun Publication's Official TF magazine. Later that year he was the artist on Cybertron Downshifts official profile.
He also does work as an artist for Fun Pubication's G.I. Joe fan club. In real life, Bolen is currently a graphic designer and writer for a local newspaper.
