War Rotor is a Decepticon who appears in the game Transformers: Online. He fancies himself a collector of "exquisite taste", partaking in the collection of the severed limbs of worthy Autobot opponents. While his aerial skills against the Autobots are unmatched, War Rotor's Decepticon comrades can't overlook the creepiness that he gives off.
