Victor Drath is a human in the Generation One continuity family.

Victor Drath is a minor antagonist of The Transformers, and serves as the main antagonist of the Season 3 episode "Only Human", he is a successful crime lord in the far-flung future of 2006. Not successful enough though, a shortfall he blames on the meddling Autobots.

Foiled by the Autobots for what he resolves will be the last time, Drath enlisted some old-fashioned backup in the form of the former leader of an international terrorist organization, Old Snake. Drath's offer intrigued the old coot, and soon enough he was on the gangster's payroll and aiding in the capture of several Autobots .And soon enough he was on the gangster's payroll, aiding in disposing of four of the Autobots by transferring their minds into synthoid bodies.

Although Drath originally intended to destroy the Autobots' robot forms, Snake persuaded him that the bodies could be utilised in better ways. After the robot bodies were modified to allow humans to drive them, Snake pointed out that there was still a city full of Autobots who could threaten Drath's plans. Drath had his men load the four Autobot forms with explosives, intending to blow up Autobot City. Drath's girlfriend Michelle lured the humanised Rodimus Prime into a trap, giving the crime lord an opportunity to gloat, but Rodimus was able to overcome both Drath and his thugs. Meanwhile, Springer and Ultra Magnus foiled the attack on Autobot City.

In the end, he was arrested with his girlfriend Michelle and his cronies, while Old Snake walks off scot-free. Only Human
