Okay, so I have a stupid question. I'm not a huge know-it-all-fan of Transformers, but I know enough to get by. What I want to know is that can the Autobots and/or Decepticons be effected by the weather? Or more importantly lighting, rain, and/or snow? IDK I was just curious lol.
