Troy Edward Baker (born April 1, 1976) is an American voice actor. Some of his most notable animation roles include Greed in Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood, Van Kleiss in Generator Rex, Pain and Captain Yamato in Naruto Shippuden, Airtight in G.I. Joe: Renegades, Excalibur in Soul Eater, Loki and Hawkeye in various Marvel Comics media, and Batman in Batman: The Telltale Series and the numerous Lego franchise games and movies.

He also does extensive work in video games, with roles including Snow Villiers in Final Fantasy XIII, Two-Face and Robin in Batman: Arkham City, The Joker in Batman: Arkham Origins, The Arkham Knight in Batman: Arkham Knight, Nightwing and Sinestro in Injustice: Gods Among Us, Kanji Tatsumi in Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 4, Espio in the Sonic the Hedgehog series, Booker DeWitt in Bioshock Infinite, Joel in The Last of Us and Delsin Rowe in inFamous: Second Son.

Baker is also a musician, having released several albums both as part of a band and as a solo act.
