Transformers and all associated names are registered trademarks of Hasbro and TakaraTomy. Teletraan-1 is in no way affiliated with or endorsed by Hasbro or TakaraTomy. Teletraan-1 is intended for personal and non-profit use only.

A typical legal arrangement; Hasbro owns all rights to copyrighted material produced, the producers own none.

In almost all cases, business contracts are written so that sole copyright on Transformers-related material belongs to either Hasbro, TakaraTomy or often both. Teletraan I attempts to credit any images or material correctly. In instances where both Hasbro and Takara hold joint (or separate) copyright on an image or work, Teletraan I generally credits Hasbro, even if the work was originally produced earlier in Japan because the work is often re-edited when brought to America (and this re-edited work has a second, longer copyright.) By acknowledging the more recent iteration, we are affirming Hasbro's claim of copyright on this material until the furthest possible date into the future.

In the rare cases where a work is not owned solely by Hasbro and TakaraTomy, Teletraan I has made a good-faith effort to properly acknowledge all copyright holders. If such a credit has been accidentally overlooked, we will seek to correct the problem immediately.
