Transformers Devastation is a 2015 fighting game developed by Platinum Games and published by Activision. Its aesthetics and story are inspired by that of The Transformers television series although it is not in the same continuity.
Transformers Devastation is a hack-and-slash game much like Platinum's other games such as Bayonetta and Metal Gear Rising. The game is very fast-paced and you can choose from Optimus, Bumblebee, Sideswipe, Wheeljack, and Grimlock.

It was first announced at E3 2015. Developed by Platinum Games, Transformers Devastation uses an engine similar to their Bayonetta 2 game. There is cel-shading to mimic the hand-drawn style of The Transformers television series.
In the February of 2016, Sony released limited edition PlayStation 4 consoles, each bundled with a steelbook copy of Transformers Devastation. Each of these consoles is white in color with their left-sides decorated with a huge metallic Autobot insignia, the Transformers Devastation logo and the PlayStation logo.
