Trailbreaker is Hound's buddy.

Transformers The Game (PSP)

Voice actor: Steve Blum

Trailbreaker gets to Earth with the other Autobots in response to Bumblebee's call. He and Hound are assigned to destroy the Decepticon drone army. When they get there, they have to find a satellite dish and upload a virus that will spread across the Earth. When they find one, Decepticon drones appear and destroy it. When they find another one, they find out that they have to do it manually (punching it). So Hound runs to activate the energy source, then he climbs the satellite and Trailbreaker injects the virus, deactivating a large amount of the Decepticon drones and blowing the satellite, where Hound was located. Trailbreaker runs towards Hound and tells him that he saved the Earth, but he does not listen as he dies in Trailbreaker’s arms. He can be unlocked by completing the game.

Admit it. That head peeking up from the truck mode is hilarious.

3D Battle-Card Game

  • Trailbreaker (2007)
A 26-point "common" character in the 3D Battle-Card Game's "Energon Wars" expansion, Trailbreaker "transforms" into a black pickup truck with a camper shell. He uses the same parts layout as Payload and Ratchet.

  • Trailbreaker's robot mode is based on the model for Dropkick (and by extension Salvage). However, his vehicle mode varies by media. In the game, he's a black SUV. As a 3D Battle-Card, he's a pickup truck again, but with a camper shell on the back akin to his Generation One namesake.
