Mrs. Neederlander summons the team to help carry on a sacred Griffin Rock tradition
Plot[]
In 1713, the residents of Griffin Rock ran out of food. A mysterious figure known as the Rider of Midwinter descended upon the town leaving loaves of bread. The tradition carried on for many years with residents of Griffin Rock taking on the mantle in secret. Mrs. Neederlander calls upon the Burns' to help her fulfill the tradition. In doing so, she passes on the mantle of Riders of Midwinter to them.
