One thing we might want is 1 generic template that can be used for comics, episodes, and other things. (maybe a few more for diffrent number of layers

{} > {} > {} > Template talk:Episodenav

{{{prevtitle {currtitle} Next

then there would be something like

TRooP would need two uses of the template (one for US continuity, the other for Japanese), as would Marvel comics where "next" or "previous" depended on wether you were going by the US or UK comics. for issues where UK and US stories were printed in the same issueonly one use of the template would be needed, but another for linking the other story should also be included (this should also be used with the UK printing of Headmasters, TF/GI Joe, . The only issue is when the UK strip is a reprint.

The "_____title" are there for when episode/issue pages have a disambuig tag in the title. --FortMax 21:36, 18 February 2007 (UTC)

I'm noodling around with this in place over at Battle Protocol. The colors were exactly the same as the table of contents- so I've changed them a bit. -Derik 23:18, 20 February 2007 (UTC)

Two-series template

This is a frustratingly Assaulthead-y thing to ask, but might someone with the skill to do so adjust this template so that we can put two series in it? Like this? So that I can combine cases like this? Cause I'll just hold off doing the 2010 episodes until I can do 'em that way. I took at look at the code to see if I could figure it out myself, but then I got dizzy and had to go and eat some crackers. - Chris McFeely 17:34, 27 January 2008 (UTC)

Animated

Little problem with the Animated episode nav boxes: the Animated link goes to the franchise, not the cartoon page. How does one adjust it? I'm not having much luck with it. -- Repowers 01:14, 24 February 2008 (UTC)

It uses Template:Wheremi to recursively construct the links. (Admittedly, a headache-inducing template to try and read) I made than change. -Derik 04:47, 24 February 2008 (UTC)
Yay, thanks!! -- Repowers 04:55, 24 February 2008 (UTC)

One line?

Could this be arranged to go across one line for the whole width of the page? Thinking about the ad banner/adbox thing... - SanityOrMadness 04:52, 15 June 2008 (UTC)

I have no idea why the documentation of this template is currently broken- but the functioning appears to be unimpaired so- um.... I don't care for now. I'll figure it out later. -Derik 01:41, 9 August 2008 (UTC)
