The creation of petty thieves Evan and Myles, the Tech Wrecker is a device which emits a beam of red energy, disrupting anything technological it hits.

Evan and Myles went on a crime spree, stealing mechanite and the satellite dish from Huxley Prescott's new van to add to their Tech Wrecker. Aiming to find out what they were up to, Chase pretended to change sides, and as a result was pressed into service stealing floatium, which the pair used to raise the Tech Wrecker into the air. The device began disabling technology in an increasing radius, aside from Chase, who was protected by a green energy shield. Evan and Myles were thus able to head into Griffin Rock and begin stealing things without the town's law enforcement being able to track them. Chase used the shield to protect the rest of the Rescue Bots, and they used the floatium to reach the device and shut it down.
