Tantrum is a Decepticon bull. His exact origins and species vary by universe.

History

Tantrum was part of the crew of the Nemesis, and remained aboard ship through to its arrival at Aquatron. When Megatron and a number of other Decepticons, as well as Optimus Prime and the Autobots, were taken captive by the Quintessons, Tantrum was among the Decepticons who confronted Starscream and demanded that they take action to rescue their leader. It is unknown whether he perished during the resulting battle or at a later date, or if he eventually left the Nemesis crew for unknown reasons.

Background Information

• In Transformers: Generation One, Tantrum was part of the combiner team known as the Predacons. In this series, the Predacons were apparently created by the Quintessons and were not known to be a more primitive form of Cybertronian life. Tantrum was also not designated as a Predacon in Retribution.
