I'm more inclined to believe the writers just didn't fucking bother thinking of the combiners as anything more than "a big robot" and didn't even THINK about the limbs in any capacity whatsoever, not even going the "uh, sure, they're drones" fictional justification route. --M Sipher 22:37, 16 April 2007 (UTC)
