Minor Characters
First, Broadside's Item has to be changed, since we decided earlier with Timrollpickering that he in fact did NOT appear in Spacehikers! And since his presence was almost certainly an art error, I don't see the need to preserve some speculative comments about which crew he was a part of. I also don't understand why we should be talking about how Inferno and Red Alert are...not present. Of course they're not present. They've never been present. Why is it suddenly "of note" that they aren't?

Well, neither had Ultra Magnus, Springer, the Autobot Cassettes, slaggin' Metroplex, or any number of other 1985 and 1986 characters that might fit in with the Ark's crew. The Ark crew's splash page is perfectly "comprehensive" if you're reading the comic and not looking at a toy catalog. --Xaaron 02:42, 7 September 2008 (UTC)
- Broadside's item should be changed, of course, but I really feel like you erased a lot of information, especially stuff that I find particularly interesting. (The item as-is now reads as if the reason Broadside's appearance is an error is BECAUSE he was with the Wreckers on Earth in the UK comics, when the US issues weren't written to include the UK material. - Well, I really mean a continuity error and not an art error, just to be clear. Do you think the "cameos" by Sandstorm and Twin Twist aboard the Ark previously weren't continuity errors? I mean, before Steelhaven arrived we had a very clear tally of all the Autobots on Earth and on the Ark. For any of these guys to appear in a single issue, in a single panel, without making any other appearances for 40 issues in both directions strikes me as a "Whoops", especially since the Autobots had no Space Bridge or any other known means of supplementing their forces at the time. --Xaaron 03:06, 7 September 2008 (UTC)
- We see all sorts of dead bodies and other robots that aren't anybody we know in the first four issues, Prime had a handful of extra dudes in storage, and they built a few dozen new dudes using the Matrix along the way. - The appearances can properly be called an "oddity" in the US though- if not necessarily an error.
