So...do we not have any Canadian editors? -- SFH 21:05, 19 April 2008 (UTC)

. . . No, but you've got a Brit who managed to see the episode -- Rbdavies86, 12.40am, 21st April 2008 (GMT)

References

I was wondering if we could put the line about Sentinel "covering" for Optimus under Transformers References. It not only points out a reason why Optimus is an Academy washout, and references Along Came a Spider (well, the flashbacks anyways). Whadda ya'll think?

I noted that in the trivia section. -- SFH 04:34, 21 April 2008 (UTC)
I seen you noted it under trivia, but I was wondering if it could go under TF Ref. (sorry I forgot to sign last time)--AWT88 04:38, 21 April 2008 (UTC)

Is "Hey! Lawdog!" a Jay & Silent Bob reference? I've only ever heard that come out of Jay's head before.--MCRG 05:17, 21 April 2008 (UTC)

I could be wrong but as Prime Kicks Sentinel at Masterson to stop him I clearly see a Case Closed reference there. -- Kash 23:12, 26 April 2008 (UTC)

Image quotes...

Oh God, so great. Lots of Tick love there.--RosicrucianTalk 02:31, 22 April 2008 (UTC)

Music

I might be wrong in this, but I believe some of the music in this episode sounds a lot like music from Unicron's opening scene-theme in the movie. -- 129.125.145.135 08:24, 22 April 2008 (UTC)

Caption suggestion

I'm thinking about changing the caption on the pic of Optimus laughing to "Garbo laughs!", unless "Ha ha!" is an incredibly funny joke I'm not getting . . . JW 14:06, 22 April 2008 (UTC)

From the emphasis on the second "ha", I'm guessing it's a reference to Phil Ken Sebben, Birdman's boss from Harvey Birdman: Attorney at Law.--Apcog 15:16, 22 April 2008 (UTC)
Nelson Muntz--RosicrucianTalk 15:18, 22 April 2008 (UTC)
Nelson places the emphasis on the first "ha", doesn't he?
(Look at me. This is the sort of thing I debate these days? Sigh.) JW 15:22, 22 April 2008 (UTC)
You are correct. And as long as the discussion's civil and in proper perspective, the triviality isn't an issue, I say.--Apcog 15:51, 22 April 2008 (UTC)
How about a witch lagh for Optimus and something funny for Head-inel Prime? BenHur 18:34, 22 April 2008 (UTC)
The first image's caption is perfect. It will not be touched. --ItsWalky 18:36, 22 April 2008 (UTC)
Then can you please explain the joke cause I don't get it? BenHur 19:17, 22 April 2008 (UTC)
Schadenfruede is a German word that translates literally to "shameful joy". In layman's terms, it means that something bad has happened that makes someone else happy. In this case, the pompous jerk Sentinel Prime has had his body stolen. Schadenfreude! --Professor Icepick 19:44, 22 April 2008 (UTC)

I know it's splitting hairs in the worst way, but I think that the official spelling of Nelson Muntz's laugh is actually "Haw-Haw", in the same way that the official spelling of Homer's exclamation is "D'oh". I mean, there was a whole Nelson-based episode entitled "wikipedia:The Haw-Hawed Couple, which suggests that's the official terminology of the powers that be. Apologies for my pedantry on this. Muddtallica 01:10, 23 April 2008 (UTC)

A first?

Was this the first episode with no Decepticon presence whatsoever? (Obviously counting Megs' head as a "presence" for earlier episodes) Buttbutt 05:44, 30 April 2008 (UTC)

Character numbering

As the one who "shoved them in", I feel compelled to point out that they were being treated as trivia notes, rather than characters, so putting them in the Featured Characters box, numbers or not, is an improvement, and I will continue to make such changes as required. Ensuring that they're numbered properly would entail going back and re-watching the entire episode while taking notes, which is a whole order of magnitude beyond a 30-second edit to add missing characters. It's just like any other edit -- just because my changes don't solve all the article's problems doesn't mean they shouldn't be done. If lack of numbering raises your hackles that much, then heck, do it yourself instead of screaming about it. -- Repowers 02:06, 6 May 2008 (UTC)
