Awesome. Was that all from the DW MTMTE profile? He never did get a Marvel universe entry or much comic characterization, AFAIK. Neat how all that gold was spun out of the straw of his motto. --Autobus Prime 16:26, 10 May 2006 (UTC)

Yeah. The whole thing about him being continually and willfully lost in his own fantasy world of epic high adventure, their way of reconciling his toy bio with the techspec intelligence of 8, is indeed from the DW MTMTE Guide. It says he works everthing he does and says into the fantasy world, the specifics of the D&D bits (Battle Armor of the Hawk +5) I made up to illustrate how he does this for the entry. Seriously, we have got to come up with a convenient way to work attributions into the intros. Excepting toy-photos, the article is done, yet 90% of it - three large paragraphs - is completely unsourced. And while this is the most egregious example, it's still quite standard on this Wiki to have long, rambling intros chock-full of detailed character info that for all anyone knows came out of thin air because it has little or nothing to do with the actual stories that do get referenced in the "Fiction" section. Doesn't this strike anyone else as something that needs to get fixed? - Jackpot 02:18, 1 September 2007 (UTC)
The problem is I don't know if there really is a non-disruptive way to source the intros. Anyway, The whole point of them is they're the absolute, non-continuity relient basics of the character. The sort of thing that doesn't really lend itself to sourcing. "Starscream is scheming, self-serving and vain." How do you you source that sentence? Why do you source it? It should be kind of understood that it just effuses from the general portrail of the character everywhere, and all the tech spec bios and character profiles books they've appeared in.
That said I wrote this particular entry, and I have a soft spot for it, but I also admit it is probably a bit overwritten and could be doned back down a tad.
