There is no mention of Silverbolt's (Generation-1/2) origin herein. I admit, this is my first time at this wiki, but y'all seem to be under the impression that The Transformers started with Beast Wars. 68.236.16.71 10:32, 18 April 2007 (UTC)

(Scratches his head) Uh, you DO know that just because two characters share a name, they're not the same character, yes? --M Sipher 18:57, 18 April 2007 (UTC)

Oh, I just wanted to say how sad it is that the new writers in Beast Machines messed up Silverbolt's wonderful character. His excuse, the fact that he was no longer honorable because he was forced into becoming another person, does not not match his character in Beast Wars at all. From where I stand, Silverbolt is the most open minded warrior on Beast Wars, welcoming what is different and trying to show respect for everyone, even though he can't condone their actions. Silverbolt was the most free of all the Maximals, unfraid to stand up for what is right, and also unafraid to admit that he was wrong. For Silverbolt to talk about some strict "code of honor" is a clear indicator that the writers had no real concept of the freedom that comes from love. Either they had no concept of Silverbolt's real character, or they ignored his real character in order to make him seem more interesting. Unfortunately, Silverbolt's drastic change in personality did not make him more interesting to me. It made me wonder whether the writers had any brains. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 7Knight-Wolf (talkcontribs).
