It's really Lugnut, and not Lugnutz? --KilMichaelMcC 12:47, 2 July 2007 (UTC)

Fair enough, though there really isn't much to say about Cleveland and it's still an ugly broken link right now. (Undecided) 02:12, 4 May 2008 (UTC)

Future lugnuts[]
Should we move this lugnut to Lugnut (Animated) incase of any future lugnuts. Mr. Serious 16:23, 26 May 2008 (UTC)
- If a future franchise should use "Lugnut", then we will. Until then, it's not neccessary. -- SFH 16:31, 26 May 2008 (UTC)
Toy color scheme[]
I've noticed that both the pictures on this wiki and videos on Youtube show Lugnut's toy with a purple and silver color scheme. However the Lugnut I have that just arrived in the mail sports a very show-accurate purple and dark teal paint job. Is this worth mentioning on this page and has there been any news of his colors being changed while in production? (Undecided) 02:16, 23 June 2008 (UTC)
- What the deal is that the official photos are of early mockups, which are handpainted, and then those handpainted toys are heavily photoshopped. That means it's gonna start out shiny, what with the layer of paint, and then that shininess is airbrushed. Believe me, the colors of the toy that the official photo started out with were correct (other than being handpainted), they've just been kinda shifted during the process. --ItsWalky 02:21, 23 June 2008 (UTC)
- I am pretty sure that there is more to it than that. Look at Peaugh's video review I don't know where he got that particular Lugnut (besides ebay), but while the plastic cockpit guns are the normal teal color the rest is definitely silver(ish). My guess it that he got an early version and the colors were changed early in production. I'd ask him, but I'm too lazy to register on Youtube and I don't know where else to find him. Reviewish stuff in toy section?[]
I remember one of the admins pointing out in an article once that they didn't want review elements in the toy sections...which this article seems to haveGWolfv2 17.51 Jul 3 2008
- There's a difference between reporting the facts of defective merchandise ("There are several reports of his cockpit halves not closing properly") and injecting opinions such as "this toy sucks" or "it looks like a totem pole or a bent B2 bomber." You'd have been better off leaving it at "The toy sacrifices some robot-mode show-accuracy for increased vehicle-mode show-accuracy." That's not an opinion, just a fact about the toy's design, without judging it. Does that clear up things?--Apcog 18:03, 3 July 2008 (UTC)
Tankor and Lugnut[]
- Has any one noticed some similarities between Lugnut and Beast Machines Tankor? Think about it, the shapes of their heads and bodies are essentially the same, they have the same types of hands, Tankor's appearance is even based on the Hulk just like Lugnut's.
Lugnut's "stupidity"[]
I disagree with the claim that Lugnut is stupid. Based on his actions in certain episodes (His cautious actions in Lost and Found, his remark that Sumdac could not be trusted alone in part 1 of A Bridge too Close, His realization that Stasis cuffs only work when connected at both ends in Three's a Crowd, several of his actions in Decepticon Air, and of course, Lugnut Supreme), he does possess a degree of intelligence, though his emotions and blind loyalty to Megatron usually cloud his judgement. In other words, he's not so much stupid as he is impulsive. Xeno the Hedgehog 19:25, 5 June 2009 (UTC)
Consort[]
In the episode "TransWarped", Strika was given the description of Lugnut's "consort", meaning "spouse".
Was it mentioned in TransWarped? I thought it was just on Strika's bio. I don't remember it but I could have missed something. Matilda Saturday 02:36, 14 July 2009 (UTC)
