Police cars

Isn't saying the cars resemble Barricade and Prowl a bit much? User:GWolfv2

Is there an unspoken rule against posting TFA screencaps right now? I know they aren't the greatest quality, but they will tide us over until the DVDs come out. Are we worried about the corporate smackdown by Hasbro or CN? Cuz if not I have one I'd like to post.--Suzyprime 18:14, 1 March 2008 (UTC)

Screencaps are generaly OK. However, it would be best to wait for the torrents to come up as YouTube video grabs aren't going to look very good. (The main excption we have for YouTube images is stuff like commercials, Generation 2, G1 Season 5, and other stuff that the best copies are going to be 20 year old recordings on VHS) --FortMax 18:20, 1 March 2008 (UTC)
Thanks. I captured the ep on DVR and the screencap is a bit pixelated (fuzzy jpg edges) but not bad.--Suzyprime 18:25, 1 March 2008 (UTC)

Trailers From Subspace

"In a case of trukk not, uh, trukk, Prime transforms after he hears of Blitzwing and Lugnut on the news. When we see him transform he turns into the half-a-fire-engine that he sometimes turns into. In the next shot where he rolls out, he's a complete fire engine."
Since G1, Prime's ability to mysteriously acquire a trailer (or, in this case, the back half of a firetruck) whenever there's a cut has not required mention. Should we start now? Should we go back and mention it in all relevant G1 episodes? JW 21:24, 5 March 2008 (UTC)

I've always seen the trailer slide in from off-camera, not suddenly appear. Which I'm pretty sure has been mentioned somewhere. Immediately above this entry is a mention of Blitzwing transforming into one form in a shot and then appearing in a different form the next shot. What's the difference? In a practical sense, the difference is that we don't want to edit half the G1 episodes to mention the mysterious appearing trailer. There's an implicit precedent there. And, there were certainly instances in G1 where the trailer was acquired thanks to a cut, not by "slide". Watch "A Prime Problem" for one example. JW 21:47, 5 March 2008 (UTC)

Animation errors

The second animation error is incorrect. Wouldn't the heat wave coming from Lugnut's puch melt all the ice that Blitzwing had put there? I can edit that part, right? User:Blitzwing899
