G2[]

The narrator for the toy commercials in G2 was still Victor Caroli. The only confirmed line of Chalk's that I am aware of from the G2 commercials is as Superion, going "No, that was Bruticus!". I know it's odd and incredibly one-off, but Chalk has admitted at a BotCon that he did some TF voice work before Beast Wars, and it's the only thing I've found... it's definitely him to my ear, though. --Monzo 02:29, 15 May 2008 (UTC)

A compilation of numerous G2 commercials. Doesn't sound like Chalk but he IS a voice actor... --Detour 02:49, 15 May 2008 (UTC)
Leadfoot kinda sounds like him, too. - RolonBolon 04:49, 15 May 2008 (UTC)
Pretty sure he played Silverbolt there as well. - Semysane 08:47, 15 May 2008 (UTC)
Monzo that's not quite true. According to the interview that A3U conducted he also said several times "Transformers Generation 2! Batteries not included!" in those commercials Followed by him saying "That was me way back when.". 65.66.150.108 18:27, 15 May 2008 (UTC)
Even if he says that was him, that still doesn't sound like his voice as the narrator in the commercials themselves, which I've posted. Silverbolt, Superion and Leadfoot do sound like Gary, though. --Detour 18:36, 15 May 2008 (UTC)

Name[]

Say, is it Gary or Garry? And that is him as Cybertron Soundwave, right? --KilMichaelMcC 00:26, 2 June 2006 (UTC)

Both are correct, but he usually uses "Gary Chalk aka. Garry Chalk". --TX55TALK 09:58, 15 May 2008 (UTC)
Does he? Where/when have you seen him do this? And it still leaves open the question of why his name varies like that.--Apcog 15:38, 15 May 2008 (UTC)

What is with Apes and Barrels?[]

It should be noted that Peter Cullen performed the voice of Mario in the 1980's version of the animated video game as well.
