I thought the energy-net deal was only in the manga. Granted, it's been a lonnnnng time since I saw my shitty eighth-generation copy of Zone, but I'd think I'd remember Black Zarak doing anything at all.
Also, good LORD are Kain and Akira gay. --M Sipher 00:00, 20 March 2007 (UTC)

No, he's in there, doing that with the thing. I've had to watch it like four times in the last week, I oughtta know. /:)
Also, fierce gay.
On a more serious note, for the whole of this article, you'll note I've used the Japanese names for the Micromasters. I'mmmm... not entirely sure how "correct" this is in some cases. I mean, for the Jet Team and the Super Car Team, yes, obviously, they need to be used to distinguish from the fact they're Decepticons for Hasbro and Autobots for Takara, and the same probably applies to the Battle Team on account of them being different colors, but in the case of, say, the Race Team or Moonradar, who are visually just the same as their American counterparts (Road Handler's name didn't even change), I dunno what way we want to go. - Chris McFeely 00:05, 20 March 2007 (UTC)
I've been off-and-on thinking about that too. I'm not really sure how I feel about the issue. I think for sheer consistency's sake, we might want to consider them all new (it's how we've handled them so far, see Holi and company)... but then that would spill over into Op-Comb, where near as I can tell, every last damn Micro is visually identical to their Hasbro counterpart, and 90% of them even have the same damn names. (I think only the Hot Rod Patrol got new names.) Granted, this merely means a buttload of new very short pages since near as I can tell most of the Micros never even show up ANYWHERE... at least it won't be a lot of work. A simple article template for the lot of 'em.
Though... The Race Track Patrol, the ONLY Decepticon Micro Team to stay badguys... hm. --M Sipher 00:16, 20 March 2007 (UTC)

It has also been brought to my attention that "Saint Seiya" came out and was big around then in Japan. Maybe that show's unrelenting gayness inspired Takara to make a desperate grab at popularity to salvage a dying franchise? (Gee, Takara using shameless sexuality attached to prepubescence to bolster a dying TF line? WHODATHUNKIT.) --M Sipher 00:27, 20 March 2007 (UTC)

I was just about to go in and change the team names m'self, only I was going to make 'em like: [Rescue Patrol Team|Rescue Team], since "(Blank) Team" is how they're always referred to in animation, despite their toys being "(Blank) Patrol Team". Thoughts? - Chris McFeely 23:07, 6 April 2007 (UTC)

Uh... taffy is delicious?
Frankly, I don't think I could care either way. I suppose we oughtta get to the two Rescue pages... the only Autobot Micromaster team I think there's a good case for keeping separate. --M Sipher 23:33, 6 April 2007 (UTC)

Is it just me or does the mainpic of the article not work? I can't see it, neither in Firefox nor IE. I can only see it if I click on it and watch it separately. But the "code" looks right to me. --2A6 17:24, 14 April 2008 (UTC)

Yeah, it's not working for some reason. --FFN 17:38, 14 April 2008 (UTC)
