When and where was this shown? --FortMax 00:43, 30 April 2008 (UTC)

BotCon 2008 - SanityOrMadness 00:45, 30 April 2008 (UTC)
I wouldn't count a convention screening as an airdate. That implies it was actually broadcast. --FortMax 00:46, 30 April 2008 (UTC)
Could note its actual airdate with a parenthetical (preview screening at BotCon 2008) on the end.--RosicrucianTalk 00:47, 30 April 2008 (UTC)

One of the edits

One of the editors removed all reference to Prime, because it's a rank in Animated. But Optimus is frequently referred to as Prime, and it's been a rank in other continuities as well...opinions? User:GWolfv2

My rules for Animated are that A) if Sentinel Prime is in the episode, Optimus Prime is "Optimus", and B) in flashbacks, which might take place before he got the rank, he should be called "Optimus". Otherwise, "Prime" is okay, especially since the other characters often call him that. JW 20:55, 30 April 2008 (UTC)
That's pretty much how I do it. I even had to mentally correct myself not to refer to Optimus as "Prime" when in the same sentence as Sentinel Prime while writting the summary for Mission Accomplished last week. -- SFH 21:00, 30 April 2008 (UTC)
I think that, for Animated, Optimus Prime should only be referred to as "Optimus Prime" or "Optimus" in a summary regardless of whether Sentinel (or some other Prime) is in the episode, simply to keep it consistent between episode summaries - there are episodes you can't refer to him as just "Prime" without introducing an ambiguity, so better to avoid it altogether. We've got SP already, they said they may introduce a Rodimus Prime in S3 or S4, and if we see another Autobot crew at any point, logically they should have a "Prime" even if it's a minor role. - SanityOrMadness 21:46, 30 April 2008 (UTC)
There's three Prime's in IDW. IF someone says Prime, no one thinks Nova or Sentinel. And the only character referred to as Prime in Animated so far is Optimus. The one time they were both around, it was directed at Optimus only. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by GWolfv2 (talkcontribs).

Colossus Rhodes

I noticed a distinct lack of Colossus Rhodes being mentioned in the summary and the stats. Was he not in this episode? -- SFH 21:05, 30 April 2008 (UTC)

I don't believe he was. --ItsWalky 21:20, 30 April 2008 (UTC)

Spoiler

Any need for one on an episode page like this? —The preceding unsigned comment was added by GWolfv2 (talkcontribs).

Yes. Someone could get here by clicking "Random Page," or just not comprehend that *anybody* could have seen this episode 2 months before its actual airing. It does no harm to keep it. --Thylacine 2000 00:52, 1 May 2008 (UTC)
Well shouldn't we be sticking one on every new episode then? If you end up on the page Black Friday, it makes sense you guess it might spoil some stuff for Black Friday. Character pages are one thing, you end up there for various reasons...ep guides, if you read the page, you do it for one or two reasons, all of them expect spoilers. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by GWolfv2 (talkcontribs).

I definitely think we should have the Does Prime Die!? thing at the top of this page. --Skyglide 16:10, 25 May 2008 (UTC)

Summary overhaul

I think the summary needs a bit of an overhaul. A lot of stuff that seems slightly off, which makes sense since it was just written from memory User:GWolfv2 00.20 June 5th

Pretender guys

I wish we had names for them, since a 2nd appearance would surely take them over from "cool, one-time reference not warranting a page" to "cool recurring reference that needs a page"--Carrion 02:50, 5 June 2008 (UTC)

We could perhaps put them at Experiments of Prometheus Black until a better name can be found.--RosicrucianTalk 03:03, 5 June 2008 (UTC)
Meltdown's Experiments?--Carrion 03:20, 5 June 2008 (UTC)
Would have to be Meltdown's experiments, or Walky smash.--RosicrucianTalk 03:26, 5 June 2008 (UTC)
Well, we certainly don't want that.--Carrion 03:28, 5 June 2008 (UTC)
Meltdown's creatures. -Derik 03:58, 5 June 2008 (UTC)

Grimock's roar

Is it worth mentioning in the article somewhere that when Grimlock is menacing Mr. Powell, he emits the Jurassic Park T-rex roar?

Miscellaneous trivia

'This is the first time Optimus mentioned Blackarachnia instead of what he mentioned to Blackarachnia in the 9th episode.'

... Huh? What does that even mean? Rose.T 04:44, 8 June 2008 (UTC)

...maybe it means it's the first time he calls her Blackarachnia instead of Elita-1?--Carrion 04:57, 8 June 2008 (UTC)
