So, for anyone who's seen the Super Link version of this episode... did the dub even get all the base names right? Something about the whole who-goes-where seems wrong, but I can't puzzle it out just from the dub. And why is Alpha Q's ship hanging around? -- Repowers 20:49, 11 March 2008 (UTC)

Given that I've essentially forgotten everything from Super Link already, I'll do a quick side-by-side with the dub on YouTube... back in a half-hourish, eyes likely bleeding... - Chris McFeely 21:04, 11 March 2008 (UTC)
Gyaahrrggh. Just a quarter of the way in, so far. Carlos didn't pick up a SHIP's signature, he picked up one from a TRANSFORMER, that being Starscream. The Decepticons have taken a mobile base to Asteroid City to scavenge it for Energon, not to set up any kind of "ambush" or anything. And there ISN'T any Energon left in Asteroid City, which is why the Decepticons head off to Lunar City instead, and Scorponok is left behind to guard the mobile base. And there's some serious missing animation - the mobile base is actually missing from every shot it's supposed to be in. - Chris McFeely 21:19, 11 March 2008 (UTC)
Halfway in and the dialogue for this quarter was pretty much the same ("spiked with Energon"="Energon bombs"), but again, the mobile base is missing from EVERY long shot it supposed to be in. There are plenty of close-up shots of the characters where the surface they're standing on is that of the base, but in all the long shots, there's just an asteroid there... I'mma make some comparison shots. - Chris McFeely 21:35, 11 March 2008 (UTC)
Finished now, and good GOD, there's actually an entire SCENE missing from the dub. When Kicker gets caught in the blast and starts freaking out, he imagines his suit being blasted off his body, and an image of his father appears in front of him and he cries out to him for help. Then more images of his dad appear, and they fade into the Autobots as he snaps out of it.
And you know what else? Most of the backgrounds are different in the dub. Not wrong - they're all of the right places, but they're just... DIFFERENT. I'm about to go cap-crazy. - Chris McFeely 21:46, 11 March 2008 (UTC)
And the Energon Towers are MISSING from the final shot!! - Chris McFeely 21:47, 11 March 2008 (UTC)
Wow. Just.... wow. Nice work, though. -- Repowers 01:29, 12 March 2008 (UTC)
It's sad that "how crap is it?" is the most interesting thing we can write about on Energon pages. Kinda fun, though. :D - Chris McFeely 12:16, 12 March 2008 (UTC)

What is Demolishor "uuuuahhhhg!"-ing to? The quote appears to be missing the action he was reacting to. --FFN 04:28, 12 March 2008 (UTC)

Is it not obvious from context that Megatron's physically abusing him? -- Repowers 05:15, 12 March 2008 (UTC)
But in what manner? --FFN 11:42, 12 March 2008 (UTC)
Picks 'im up by the head and throws him into a wall. - Chris McFeely 12:16, 12 March 2008 (UTC)
