When Prowl failed to free Omega Supreme from Megatrons command, (well not really failed) Starscream took control and all of a sudden he was a mixture of both super charged Allspark power and pure brute strength from Omega Supreme. Before he could Transwarp to Cybertron and conqer it, Bumblebee and Optimus Prime were able to use a Space Bridge part to force Starscream to warp around space randomly. Somehow he was no longer able to control Omega Supreme's body after this point. TransWarped

Two more Starscream Supreme's were created by Starscream as an attempt to literally blow Megatron away. When Lugnut lost control of the Supreme clones, somehow a program Starscream left behind took control, and activated a bomb inside of the clone's spark chambers, just like his first attempt at cloning himself. The bombs would have exploded at a range of 100 miles, killing all Decepticons, Autobots and humans caught in the blast. One clone was defeated by Omega Supreme, and the other one was caught in it's own blast, which was shielded by a forcefield created by the Allspark that Prowl and Jazz recreated from the fragments. Trivia

• The second Starscream Supremes are basically Starscream's previous attempt to destroy Megatron, but on a larger scale.

• Since they are clones and Starscreamish they could count as Starscream clones.
