Soundwave is a calculating Decepticon spy.[1] As the Decepticons master of espionage, Soundwave operates surveillance[2] and tries to eavesdrop on Autobot plans by messing with their electrical impulses and giving Autobots serious headaches. Soundwave has an ice cold demeanour[1] and is totally emotionless.[2]
