Scrapper is one of the Constructicons.

In his first appearance, Scrapper and Mixmaster were brought to life by allspark Energy, They don't know themselves so they got names by reading the words like Mixmaster's name was on him and Scrapper read a sign that said Scrap and he chose that name with a per. They managed to transform and Then they saw a red car and thought it was another transformer and they went after it. They Later saved Bulkhead from being destroyed by falling Piles and a Crane. Bulkhead became friends with them and he introduce them to the rest of the Autobots and they were having a good messy time there.

The Next Morning, They save Blitzwing from Being smashed into pieces when he was putting a heavy load, they said they were Constructobots, a subgroup of autobots and Blitzwing thought these two may come in handy.

When he, Lugnut and the still confused Constructobots finally went into megatron's cave HQ, Lugnut was about to destroy them but Megatron used them to steal the Piles and Bulkhead manages to stop them and he told them Decepticons were evil and bad and then they disposed the Piles (On to Bulhead without noticing) and went of to tell megatron

When The Constructobots managed to get to Megatron's cave, They wanted a word with him. Inside, Megatron thought Constructobts was a dumb name so hchanged the name by removing "Obot" and Added in "icon" for Constructicons

Back in Autobot HQ, The Constructicons came back and this time, they want the allspark, Bulkhead hands in over and they congradulate him and Move off, when they were running, Mixmaster was feeling somethinf funny in his belly and the same thing happened to scrapper and then KABOOM, But they were not destroyed except their memory circults were smashed and they don't know who were the autobots and bulkhead pretends to hurt them and then they transformed and rolled out.

Still doesn't explain how they became Decepticons

I cannot remain in this unacceptable operational status!
