Rumble is one of three cassettes that Soundwave keeps in his chest. He is able to cause earthquakes by pounding the ground with his Pile Drivers

Autobot mission 2: Kaon Prision Break

At the end of the level, there is a boss battle with Soundwave where he ejects all three of his cassettes. Rumble is the second cassette to be ejected. When he ejects Rumble, Rumble says: "First we crack the shell, then we crack the nuts inside!" (like in the The G1 Movie.)

Fall of Cybertron

Rumble once again appears in the sequel to War for Cybertron. He makes small appearances throughout the game. He can be ejected along with Laserbeak while playing as Soundwave.
