Rubiplas is a Venezuelan company that obtained the license to manufacture and market Transformers toys in Venezuela during Generation One. Rubiplas only produced versions of the first wave of Mini Vehicles, excluding Gears but including a redecoed Huffer with a red-and-yellow color scheme.
In recent years, Rubiplas has returned to marketing Transformers by securing the license to import HasTak toys into Venezuela.
