Number 86: Stole a car from a one-legged girl.
Roger Charles Carmel (September 27, 1932 - November 11, 1986) was an American actor and voice actor. Through the 60s and the 70s he was a very frequent recurring character on primetime television shows, appearing memorably as the villain Colonel Gumm in the Green Hornet crossover on Batman and as Mischa the Bear on several episodes of Hawaii Five-O. He is, however, perhaps best known for playing space-faring conman Harry Mudd on the original Star Trek series and its 1970s animated counterpart.
It wasn't until later in his career that he became a voice-actor, often providing additional voices in shows such as Smurfs and The New Adventures of Jonny Quest, but he also played a few major or recurring characters, such as Tuxford on Disney's Adventures of the Gummi Bears and Mulligan on My Little Pony 'n' Friends.
Carmel passed away in 1986 at the age of 54 due to congestive heart failure.
