in this mini-series, Megatron appeared with Dark of the Moon body, but he lacks the scar that Optimus did to him in Revenge of the Fallen, this was fixed in Cyberglyphics pack-in comics, in which depicts Megatron with his Dark of the Moon body and the Revenge of the Fallen scar. john Barber confirmed on his twitter that he was indeed supposed to have his Revenge of the Fallen scar in Rising Storm, but didn't happened because either an artwork mistake, or Megatron's new form makes his scar appear and disappear randomly.
