Commonly called "RAAT," the Rapid Anti-robot Assault Team is a military force charged with protecting the American populace from the threat posed by the Transformers. Notable humans in RAAT's leadership have included Walter Barnett and Circuit Breaker. Donny Finkleberg was also associated with RAAT for a time.

The company was created in the twentiey-fifth issue, at first rounding up Blaster, Skids (G1), Beachcomber (G1), Cosmos (G1), Powerglide, Warpath (G1) and even poor Seaspray wasn't safe from having his body, along with the bodies of the autobots up top, turned into a hodge-podge robotic exo-suit, for Circuit Breaker, (doesn't make sense really, if she can kill anything mechanical, than that exo-suit would be absoulute junk before it could even blast the decepticons)
