Philece P. Sampler (July 14, 1953 – July 1, 2021) was an American screen and voice actress. Among her better-known voice roles were Mimi Tachikawa and Cody Hida on Digimon, Betty Ross in the '90s version of The Incredible Hulk, Beauty in Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo, Hiyori Tamura on Lucky Star, Taokaka in the BlazBlue series, and old Toph Beifong on The Legend of Korra. Prior to voice over, she was well known for appearing on soap operas such as Days of Our Lives and Another World.
