
Phillip LaMarr (born January 24, 1967) is an American actor, voice actor, comedian, and writer. On screen, he is best known as one of the original cast members of MADtv, the unfortunate young man known as Marvin whose head John Travolta accidentally blows off in Pulp Fiction, Gustavo Rocque's rival, Hawk, in Big Time Rush, and Malefic J'onzz, brother of J'onn J'onzz/Martian Manhunter, in Supergirl.
As a voice actor, he voiced Hermes Conrad in Futurama, Baxter Stockman in the 2012 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoon, the title characters of Samurai Jack and Static Shock, Wilt and Jackie Khones in Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends, Scrap-Iron and Doc in G.I. Joe: Renegades, Ollie Williams in Family Guy, Green Lantern John Stewart in Justice League, and Aquaman in Young Justice (the latter two he reprised in the Injustice series).
He and Matthew Yang King are the creators of the crowdfunded animated series, Goblins.
