Phil Brodaker is a human in the Dreamwave position of the Generation One continuity family.
You can't see me!

This character has no official visual representation whatsoever — yet, at least.

Phil Brodaker is Ryan O'Brien's partner in the Las Vegas Police Department. A real man's man, 6'2", former linebacker, former marine, and a veteran of 3 all-male-dance-reviews before joining the force.

Phil has to pay to support 3 kids, so he's a little less straight-and-narrow than Ryan when money is involved.

Hardwired Phil is thrilled with the $10,000 bonus the Decepticons paid out to every police officer, much to Ryan's irritation.

Phil was later chosen to test some of the first applications of Decepticon technology in the field, he was given a pair of golden wristbands that cand produce a protective forcefield in response to a verbal command. After using them to defeat a augmented maniac at the mirage casino, Phil heartily endorses their new Decepticon overlords friends.

Phil is knocked unconscious during a gang raid, and Ryan discovers that the wristbands have protective programming, burrowing tendrils into Phil's wrists to prevent their their unauthorized removal. Ravage saves them instead.
