
Paramount+ (pronounces Paramount Plus) (formerly CBS All Access) is is an American subscription video on-demand over-the-top streaming service owned by Paramount Global. The service's content is drawn primarily from the libraries of CBS Media Ventures, CBS Studios, Paramount Media Networks (formerly Viacom Media Networks and ViacomCBS Domestic Media Networks), and Paramount Pictures, while also including original series and films, live streaming sports coverage, and in the United States, live streaming of local CBS broadcast stations.
It launched on October 28, 2014 as CBS All Access. It was rebranded as Paramount+ on March 21, 2021, more than one year after the re-merger of Viacom and CBS Corporation on December 4, 2019 as ViacomCBS, which it's now called Paramount Global since February 16, 2022.
On February 16, 2024, it announced that Paramount+ might eventually merging with Peacock, a streaming service owned by Comcast, the company owns Universal Studios into one streaming service to competes better with more powerful streaming services, Netflix and Disney+.
Paramount+ streaming the live-action Transformers film series and also the animated TV series, Transformers: EarthSpark.
Some of the Transformers like Optimus Prime, Bumblebee and Scourge appeared in some Paramount+ Paramount Mountain commercials.
