Nestlé S.A. is a Swiss multinational food and drink processing conglomerate corporation headquartered in Vevey, Vaud, Switzerland. It has been the largest publicly held food company in the world, measured by revenue and other metrics, since 2014.

In 2001, Nestlé bought Ralston-Purina, makers of Cookie Crisp cereal. In 1986, Ralston-Purina held a giveaway contest where one could purchase a box of Cookie Crisp that included a game card with a chance to win a Jazz action figure, minus the Martinii stickers. In 2009, Nestlé bought the Australian ice cream brand Peters, which produced Ultra Magnus ice cream bars in the late 1980s.

Under their Motta Gelati brand, Nestlé released three different ice cream products to tie-in with the release of Revenge of the Fallen:

  • Cube Stick
  • Optimus Prime Stick
  • Surprise Cup (Coppa Sorpresa in the original Italian)

Under their Surpresa brand, Nestlé released two Revenge of the Fallen-themed chocolate eggs during Easter season in Brazil:

  • The first one was in 2010 and included a large cup decorated with stock promotional images from the movie;
  • The second one was in 2011 and included some kind of gimmicky toy shaped like an Autbot logo.

In 2015, codes for the online game based on Transformers: Robots in Disguise (2015) on Nestlé Arcade can be on package of Nesquik.

Trivia[]

  • In 1985 and early 1986, Nesquick (Nestlé Quick then) promotes Tonka's GoBots with an 'Instant Winner' game of getting GoBots action figures.
