Neil Alden Armstrong (born August 5, 1930) is a former American astronaut, test pilot, aerospace engineer, university professor, and United States Naval Aviator. He was the first man to step onto the Moon.

In 1969, Neil Armstrong, Buzz Aldrin and Michael Collins were launched into space on the Apollo 11 mission to the Moon. Along with Buzz, he was one of the first men on the moon.
When the fake radio blackout was triggered they could begin investigating the Ark's crash site and wreckage. He uncovered a face from the Moon dust, and couldn't believe what he was seeing. Accompanied by Buzz, they went further into the ship, taking samples and photo graphs.
When the Splashed down in the Atlantic on Earth, the Astronauts handed over a silver brief case, containing samples from the Ark.
Years later in 2011, Neil came to the NEST base in Washington DC. He told Optimus Prime the reason he and his crew went to the Moon, and revealed more information about the crashed Autobot ship. Dark of the Moon
