The name or term Mindwipe refers to more than one character or idea. For a list of other meanings, see Mindwipe (disambiguation).

Mindwipe is a Decepticon from the Revenge of the Fallen portion of the live-action film series continuity family

(First I shall slice you up here, than cut you up there...)

Mindwipe is a Decepticon you do not want to mess with. He is a skilled fighter on his own, but prefers to use his mind control to amass an army of other robots to fight for him, while maintaining a safe (and high) distance. The only known Cybertronian immune to this is Optimus Prime, and that's only because of his possession of the Matrix.

He works closely with his partner in crime, Skystalker.

Cyber Missions

While Searching for Bludgeon, Ironhide gets put under Mindwipe's control. Optimus Prime arrives and attempts to snap Ironhide out of it. Mindwipe attempts to put Optimus under his control. Optimus, thinking fast, lets out a loud blast from his Horn and breaks Mindwipe's control. Mindwipe attempts to escape, but this was met with a shot from Prime's gun. Cyber Missions 5

Note: This episode takes place either "before" Revenge of the Fallen, or in a different continuity altogether, as Prime does not seem to be immune to Mindwipe's control

Revenge of the Fallen

  • Mindwipe (Voyager 2009)
Mindwipe transforms into a stealth fighter resembling the F-117 Nighthawk. It should be noted that he is not cast in black, but in a dark green. His jet-mode cockpit becomes a pair of daggers, which are permanently attached to the backs of his hands, though they can be folded up and stored. In jet mode, Skystalker can plug onto the top of Mindwipe.
This figure (along with Skystalker) was redecoed into Dreadwing (with Skystalker becoming Smokescreen) as a Tokyo Toy Show exclusive.

  • In Cyber Missions 5, Mindwipe sounds suspiciously like Dracula.
