Michael David Donovan (born June 12, 1953) is a Canadian voice actor and director. He is perhaps best known as the voices of Phong, Mike the TV, Cecil, and Al in ReBoot, Grey Hulk in The Incredible Hulk (1996), Sabretooth in X-Men: Evolution, Flint in the DiC seasons of G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero, Bizarro in JLA Adventures: Trapped in Time, Carnage in Spider-Man Unlimited, Mega Man X in the Ruby-Spears Mega Man cartoon, the title character in Conan the Adventurer, King Randor in the 2002 Masters of the Universe cartoon, Guile and Zangief in Street Fighter: The Animated Series, Spike the Bulldog and Topsy in Tom and Jerry Tales (also Droopy in its second season), Ryoga Hibiki in Ranma 1/2 and Suikotsu in Inuyasha.
He also voice directed for series such as Ninjago, Action Man, Martin Mystery, Monster Buster Club, Superbook, and the 2002 Masters of the Universe cartoon.
