Kickback is a Mini-Con from the video game version of the Unicron Trilogy.

It's really a crime that there aren't "Bombshell" and "Shrapnel" Mini-Cons to go with this guy...

Kickback is one of many power-enhancing Mini-Cons scattered across Earth. A member of the Green Mini-Con Team, when Powerlinxed to a larger Transformer, Kickback generates a force field that deflects every form of attack, even reflecting some of the attacks' force back onto close by opponents. This power, however, is draining and quite temporary before he needs to recharge.

Kickback is an excellent debt collector - if you owe him something. He never does anything unless he's guaranteed something in return, so you'd better make sure you can pay up, or he'll follow you to the bitter end to get what's his. In his defense, at least he never welches on a deal...

Transformers Playstation 2 Game

Kickback's Mini-Con storage panel was discovered on a mountain in Alaska. Following the defeat of Megatron, he and the other Mini-Cons returned to Cybertron and helped form the Matrix Cannon, Nemesis Shield and Vanguard Booster, giving the Autobots the power needed to destroy Unicron.
