Kathleen Barr (born April 6, 1967) is a Canadian voice actress. Among her better-known roles are Dot Matrix on ReBoot, Wheezie on Dragon Tales, Evil-Lyn on the 2002 Masters of the Universe cartoon, Lady Jaye on G.I. Joe: Sgt. Savage and his Screaming Eagles, the Little Costumed Buddy on Fat Dog Mendoza, Marie Kanker and Kevin on Ed, Edd n Eddy, Gali and Roodaka on the Bionicle movies, as well as The Great and Powerful Trixie and Queen Chrysalis on My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic.
