Kari Wahlgren (born on July 13, 1977) is an American voice actress. Some of her more noteworthy roles include Charmcaster in the classic Ben 10 series, Emma Frost in Wolverine and the X-Men, Enchantress and Jane Foster in The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes, Saturn Girl in Legion of Super Heroes and Young Justice, Zatanna in Justice League Heroes, Starfire in several DC Comics media (alternating with Hynden Walch), Mina in Bunnicula, Bullwinkle's grandmother, "Grandwinkle", in the 2018 reboot of The Adventures of Rocky and Bullwinkle and Friends, Shannon in OK K.O.! Let's Be Heroes, Jill Valentine in Marvel vs. Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds, as well as Kitana and Mileena in the Mortal Kombat series.
In the world of dubbing, she can be heard as Haruko Harahara in FLCL, Saya Otonashi in blood+, Kagami Hiiragi in Lucky Star, Fuu in Samurai Champloo, Kyoko Milchan in Heat Guy J, Ashe in Final Fantasy XII, Lady in Devil May Cry, and Tayuya in Naruto. She can also be seen as "Mud Girl" in a Swiffer commercial.
