Jeffrey Combs (born September 9, 1954) is an American film and voice actor. A horror movie icon, Combs is well known as Herbert West in the Re-Animator trilogy, along with countless other horror films. Combs is also known for playing a variety of characters on multiple Star Trek TV series, most notably recurring Deep Space 9 villain Weyoun. With his feet in both the horror and science-fiction worlds, as well as outside the two popular genres, Combs enjoys a diverse and varied fanbase.
Among many voice acting roles, he has voiced the Scarecrow in The New Batman Adventures, the Question in Justice League Unlimited, the Leader in The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes, the Rat King in the 2012 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoon, and Brainiac in Injustice 2.
