Inhibitor collars are devices used to incapacitate Transformers. When attached to a Cybertronian, they prevent the Transformer in question from accessing their built-in weapons systems.

In Decepticon Island (Part 1), Toolbox escaped Decepticon Island to the scrapyard, Fixit removed Toolbox's inhibitor collar.
In Decepticon Island (Part 2), the Caretaker Mini-Cons were eventually freed form their inhibitor collars by Team Bumblebee.
