Flamewar believes to her very core in the Decepticon cause. Possessed of an array of skills ranging from spying and sabotage to science, there is no length she will not go to in order to help make the Decepticons the dominant force in the galaxy, nay, the universe. As long as her spark still burns, she'll keep the legacy of the Decepticons alive, even if she's the last one around to do so.

And yet, to many she is far from the ideal Decepticon soldier, as her mercurial and opportunistic nature results in attitudes towards her actual fellow Decepticons that range from "casual indifference" to "snarky quipping and pranks" to "yeah I'm going to kill you now because you're in the way of something I want". She often acts without forethought, shirks responsibilities, and chases mad goals, potentially endangering current operations. But her ruthless drive and battle skills make her a force to be reckoned with... no matter what side of the conflict you're on.

She's not a big fan of Arcee.

She sings from somewhere you can't see.

As one of the last Decepticons from the era of the Great War, a dissatisfied Flamewar became an agent for the Tripredacus Council, who sent her to observe Deathsaurus's efforts on Ceti Alpha Seven. When the Autobots sent a strike force to destroy his Insecticoncloning facility, Flamewar ambushed and disabled Ironhide and Ratchet, leaving them to Deathsaurus to eliminate. (He failed, of course.)

Flamewar2

Although all of the Autobots eventually escaped, Flamewar reported to the Council that Deathsaurus's experiments had been a success. Suddenly, Bumblebee broke into her transmission, revealing that Ricochet had introduced a virus into the clones, and that they had finally tracked her down. With her exposure, Flamewar was deemed useless as an agent by the Council, and they remotely destroyed her ship. Descent into Evil

When Flamewar regained consciousness from that whole explodey-ship deal, she found herself the prisoner of Ricochet, Obsidian, and K-9. They demanded that she work as a double-agent for them against the Decepticon/Predacon Alliance, but she refused. "Ricochet" and the others then dropped their disguises and revealed themselves as Predacons, and offered Flamewar a place in the organization of the Predacon criminal Megatron. Not really having much else to do, Flamewar accepted. Intimidation Game

Shortly before the signing of the Pax Cybertronia, Flamewar posed as a revived Megatron and used a pliable intermediary to recruit an army of dissatisfied Predacons. Together, they conquered a string of planets in the J'kozian sector, stealing resources to build a drone army that could re-ignite the Great War.

There is no possible way that this is not ridiculous.

Her plans were derailed by a team of Maximals on an intelligence-gathering mission. They sabotaged the drone-production facility on Nibari, reprogramming the drones to obey the native rebels. Most of Flamewar's army was killed by the drones while she was tied up by a challenge of personal combat the Maximals goaded her into. Defeated and utterly humiliated, Flamewar was sent back to Cybertron for trial. The Razor's Edge

Yoko Littner? Never heard of her.

Disgusted by the peace that dawned with the birth of the technorganic Cybertron after the defeat of the Predacon Megatron by Optimus Primal and his Maximals, Flamewar vowed to restore the Decepticon Empire's rule over not just the planet, but the entire galaxy. A true fanatic, she refused to accept the original Megatron was dead, believing instead that Death itself was Megatron's ally, and would never take him. BotCon 2014 Flamewar profile card Tornado - Decepticon Saboteur

In 2984, on the run from Autobot bounty hunter Devcon for unspecified crimes ("bad things", according to her), Flamewar attacked the Galadria Space Bridge Outpost with the intent of using its space bridge to put herself beyond the pursuer's reach. Just as she had finished slaughtering her way through the Autobots who attempted to stop her, she was discovered by Cannonball and his pirate crew of Star Seekers. Flamewar had never heard of the pirates and had no interest in Cannonball's proposal that she join his crew... until a hefty handful of energon chips and other valuable goodies changed her mind. She subsequently accompanied the Star Seekers through the space bridge to Unicron's disembodied head, which Cannonball sought to use to drain the energy of Cybertron, but the scheme was opposed by the Cybertronian Knights and Flamewar was defeated by Devcon in the battle that followed. As they were being cuffed and taken away, however, Star Seeker weaponsmaster Ferakslipped a small Warp Star Warhead into Flamewar's palm. Hoist the Flag

Alone on a Friday night? God, you're pathetic.

Using the warhead to effect an escape from the Knights' custody, the Star Seekers took off on a new quest: a search for the immortal spark of Starscream. Following the treacherous Decepticon's trail to a nameless planetoid near Quintesson space, the crew discovered a mountain stronghold, where Flamewar was able to put her linguistic skills to use translating various runes. Within the ruins, they found a half-dead Quintesson who professed to be a former ally of Starscream's, but after the alien was brought on board, Flamewar discovered the truth: in actuality, the long-deceased Quintesson's body was possessed by Starscream's spark! Working with Starscream, Flamewar staged a mutiny, allowing Starscream to possess Cannoball's body and imprisoning the ex-captain's own spark in a containment device. Now with a ship and crew to continue her mission to reinstate the Decepticon Empire, Flamewar embraced the pirate life, donning a modified version of Cannonball's helmet and even beginning to talk like the captain, indicating that she would soon become the next in the line of pirates to bear the name... A member of the terrorist organization The Rise, Flamewar camped out in a bunker beneath the Memorial Crater. On patrol, she spotted the hermit Cyclonus, who had himself spotted their comms cable. Flamewar engaged Cyclonus in order to keep their secret, blasting the war hero. The Cracks Beneath Your Feet Part One Only then did she think to report the situation to the bunker. Flamewar was hopelessly outmatched against Cyclonus, but she got a reprieve when Shadow Striker responded to her call and chased the flyer away. Shadow Striker had no respect for Flamewar's initiative, and called her a fool for mixing it up with Cyclonus. The Cracks Beneath Your Feet Part Two Bakusou Dokusou Gekisou Bousou Bakusou Bike! Base commander Sixshot physically reprimanded Flamewar for drawing attention to them, earning her enduring scorn. The Rise were forced to abandon the crater, for Security Operations arrived in short order after Cyclonus reported their presence there. Flamewar engaged Sideswipe on the surface while Sixshot and Shadow Striker set the base to blow. Once her comrades flew off, Flamewar broke off her attack and retreated to The Rise's back-up redoubt. The Cracks Beneath Your Feet Part Three Flamewar made a nuisance of herself at the new base. She thought it was funny to tell the arriving Barricade that Shadow Striker's quarters were his, with predictable results. The Change In Your Nature Part Three

When Rise lieutenant Slipstream tapped several members for a mission, Flamewar insisted on calling their new unit "Team Stream", hoping it would catch on like "Strika's Heavies" during the last war. They raided a Titan Net subsidiary hub in order to gain access to the closed network that linked the Titans in orbit. A data-bomb locked down the Titans to keep them from interfering in the next stage of the Rise's plans. The Change In Your Nature Part Four Flamewar and the others escaped aboard Astrotrain after Skystalker sent his Titan Vigilem to attack the Winged Moon. The Change In Your Nature Part Five

Vigilem's attack on the Moon's Tether had sent the satellite into an unstable solar orbit. After a crew of engineers had saved the Winged Moon, Flamewar joined the bigger and badder "Team Stream Mark Two" to claim the Moon for its energon stores. Wheeljack: Orbital Decay Those engineers proved more trouble than expected, however. Flamewar and Team Stream were unable to breach their defenses around the control center before back-up arrived from Colonial Security. Flamewar and Hyperdrive competed for hits while trading fire with Security, but it became a moot point when the engineers destroyed the Moon's energon storage to keep it out of the Rise's hands. With no prize left to fight for, Team Stream abandoned the moon. Moon

Transformers-2019-24-Flamewar boast

"Did you know he's not even a real ninja?? But he still consults!" After the Senate fell and the rise of the Decepticons, many members of the Rise came out of hiding to join the Decepticon Guard as official enforcers. However, Flamewar and Team Stream remained headquartered at Shockwave's remote Rise base. For her part, Flamewar's grudge against Sixshot remained, and with him at the head of the Guard, she was adamant about remaining with Slipstream's unit instead. Even a randomly-teleporting Jumpstream briefly appearing before her did little to interrupt a now-usual Flamewar rant about Sixshot while on guard duty.  Test Flight I She showed a little more focus when the infamous Skywarp arrived, looking for Shockwave. Skywarp didn't respond well to Team Stream's threats and after he left, Flamewar commented how much she liked the Seeker. Sea of Rust II

Team Stream were next sent as part of an ambush to capture Optimus Prime after he and his Prime Guard went to visit Codexa. They managed to hold up and disarm the Prime Guard, but Ultra Magnus' unexpected arrival threw Team Stream into disarray. Flamewar and Shadow Striker tried to disable Optimus Prime with electrified harpoons, but it was ineffective and Flamewar was smashed into the distance by Ironhide. She managed to recover and nail Ultra Magnus with a harpoon, leading to his defeat and capture.  Darkness, Once Gazed Upon: Part One

"Wait, I've got a good one now! Sixshot, say "What are you talking about?" again!" "No." *Sideshow Bob annoyed shudder* They brought the bound Magnus to Decepticon-controlled Iacon and presented him to Megatron. Forced to be in the same room as Sixshot again, Flamewar tried to act tough and intimidate him, but screwed up her verbal threat and made a quick exit instead.  Darkness, Once Gazed Upon: Part Two

After Shockwave tentatively renewed his alliance with the resurfaced Exarchon, he told Team Stream NOT to follow Megatron's command to head to the Sonic Canyons and aid Sixshot in confronting the Threefold Spark. Flamewar was perfectly happy with not helping Sixshot, but Blackjack and Tracerbroke ranks to go and fight Exarchon. Flamewar was a little upset at the fracturing of their team. War's End Part Two The remains of Team Stream watched as the newly-arrived Devastator strode past them to meet with Exarchon and decided to follow him there. Impressed with Devastator, Flamewar and the others tentatively allied with Exarchon and watched as he attempted to usurp the combiner's spark.  War's End Part Three

WarsEndPartFour FlamewarVictory

"I'm Audi 5000, love you 3000!" Thanks to the individual Constructicons' resistance to the process, Exarchon was forced to abandon the attempt. Devastator disassembled and when Exarchon turned his attention to Team Stream for another potential vessel, they quickly retreated from the area. Except for Flamewar, who was too busy being fascinated by the weakened Constructicons and their combination to notice. As she jabbered at them, Exarchon stalked up from behind and grabbed her, intent on making Flamewar another of his vessels. His minion Soundblaster pointed out that they were extremely exposed at the moment and Exarchon's plan to usurp the AllSpark at Cybertron's core was in jeopardy. Annoyed, Exarchon dropped Flamewar and allowed her to retreat as he refocused his priorities. Flamewar rejoined her squad and the united forces above as part of another attack on Exarchon, taking on his horde of Skywarp drones and welcoming an annoyed Blackjack back to Team Stream.  War's End Part Four

After Exarchon's defeat, Flamewar helped escort the Constructicons to Darkmount, playfully darting and weaving around them and ultimately perching on Long Haul for the journey. She took part in the attack on Darkmount under Megatron's command, trying to prevent the Autobots from leaving the planet. When an enhanced Computron made a last stand to buy time for his comrades to escape, Flamewar added her firepower to a concentrated barrage on the super-combiner, which ultimately forced him to separate back into his components. However, the Autobots successfully escaped Cybertron and as the Decepticons took Computron's components into custody, Flamewar excitedly asked if they had won the battle... to pointed silence from her comrades.  Fate of Cybertron
