Kevin Michael Richardson (born October 25, 1964) is an American actor and voice artist. His best known voice over roles are Captain Gantu on Lilo & Stitch, The Joker on The Batman, Roadblock on G.I. Joe: Renegades, The Shredder on the 2012 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoon, several characters on Family Guy, Principal Lewis on American Dad, Panthro from the 2011 reboot of ThunderCats, the Grimace from The Wacky Adventures of Ronald McDonald, Kamek in The Super Mario Bros. Movie, and the current voice of Dr. Hibbert in The Simpsons.

His on-screen roles include Rockefeller Butts on The Knights of Prosperity, Ed Ward on Like Family, and a cameo near the end of Clerks II.
