Transformers: Prime: Terrorcon Defense is a tower defense game based from Transformers: Prime. Play as Optimus Prime, Bumblebee and Arcee across six missions as they set up Autonomous Defense Turret to fend off Vehicons attempting to gather Dark Energon and raise an army of Terrorcons.

Decepticons are trying to get through Dark Energon mines to transform into Terrorcons. Bumblebee, Arcee, & Optimus are instructed to protect the Dark Energon mines from the Decepticons.
