Evan is a villain living in Griffin Rock from Transformers: Rescue Bots. He and his brother Myles are robbing money to live. The Burns Family succeeds in arresting them and taking them to jail when they make hookahs. But they manage to get out and continue to steal the money, and yet they will be caught and come back to prison.
