Dynamo is Hector Dialonzo, a member of the superhuman Neo-Knights. He has the power to tap into the Earth to fly, create energy blasts and create earthquakes. He also develops a more limited ability to tap into Cybertron.

Hector Dialonzo was a factory worker who discovered the mutant ability to channel the energies of the Earth during a Decepticon attack. He drove them off, then vanished, becoming known as 'Mister X'. Circuitbreaker, Starscream and G.B. Blackrock all track him down and attempt to convince him to join their cause. He ultimately opted to join forces with G.B. Blackrock. The Human Factor!
He would next appear in costume as a member of the Neo-Knights . Now called Dynamo, he would engage the Decepticons with a limited degree of success. Out of Time!
When Unicron attacked Cybertron, he would attempt, with limited success, to tap into the power of Cybertron as he does on Earth. On the Edge of Extinction!
After the Autobots and Decepticons abandon Cybertron, his attunement to the planet Cybertron would lead his fellow Neo Knights and the seemingly delusional Hi Q and to The Last Autobot, paving the way for the salvation of the planet. The_Last_Autobot?
