Doug Castillo runs Doug's Den, a video arcade near the Crown City amusement park. A true aficionado, he's stocked his arcade with all the classic machines. Unsurprisingly he's been friends since high school with pack rat Denny Clay. He sports glasses and a ponytail.

Bumblebee Versus Scuzzard[]
Doug organized the sale of some vintage pinball machines to Denny, who arrived at the arcade to pick them up. When Russell was unimpressed by the collection of vintage coin-operated machines, Doug admitted that he didn't get much business and was considering turning the place into a museum. Some time later, Doug emptied some trash into a dumpster behind the arcade, and subsequently completely missed the dumpster being eaten by Scuzzard. Later still, Doug heard a commotion behind the store and emerged to find a collection of giant robots battling a couple of giant metal birds. After they disappeared in a flash of light, he put it down to an hallucation caused by too many video games.
